The Hotels in Lome, Togo are French expensive, as if we enjoy spending more money when we speak French.
Bellevue Hotel is most quaint, but expensive, around 40-50 USD per night
Le Gallion is great location, but incredibly dirty, and too expensive.
My Diana is good location, room are small, not too clean, but you could probably work a deal if you tried hard enough.
Mon Plasir is my recomendation for backpackers or overlanders, if you have a car, for sure it is good. It is 10 blocks off the ocean, so not a short walk.
